Hi guys,

Yes, you made it through the camp! The hot and stuffy A-huts and dormitories are now just a memory. So are the stinky toilets and pesky mosquitoes. Now that you have earned your bragging rights, aren’t you glad you went to the camp?

And here are the pictures… (click on any one of the picture to view the entire album)

end of day 1 (too be continued… watch out for my next post. :) )

Hi guys,

My apologies for the lack of update this week. It had been a busy, busy week. You wouldn’t believe the amount of background work the teachers had to put in to prepare for the camp. There seems to be an infinite stream of tasks to be completed, consent forms, e-learning, camp t-shirts, briefings, medical lists etc. And at the end of the day, I still have to deal with this….

Ok. Enough of the self-pity. This week we received two visitors from New Delhi, India. Their stay with us was relatively short, only three days, but I hope you guys managed to find out a little more about the Indian culture through them.

I would also like to commend Alwyn for his good work in solving the Math problem in class.

I also took some pictures of 5I during their recent lab session.

On a lighter note, I managed to squeeze some time out to fetch my daughter from school on Wednesday. (She is in the afteroon session.) She was truly delighted to see me instead of her grandfather who would usually pick her up. In the evening, she sat down quietly and drew this…

… which would be me holding her hands and walking her home.

I think I will try to walk her home more often. :)
