While cleaning up my computer harddisk, I came across a batch of photographs I had taken last year and
forgotten to post online. Well better late then never.
To the pupils of 3D 2007, if you are still reading this blog, you are best P3 class I have ever taught. I hope you are all happy in your new classes. All the best!
Hi guys,
If you want to find out what Michellle is doing in Beijing you can visit this blog.

Hi guys!
I have just returned from a short holiday in KL, Malaysia with my family. Will update you guys on my KL adventures at a later time. I have just checked my mail and I am very happy to receive more outstanding projects from Ethan (3D), Shuyu (3D), Marilyn (3J), Gayle (3J) and Jordan (3D).
Their projects are posted here from your reference.

As result of man’s activity, acres of forest are cleared each day. At the same time, some of our rivers are now so polluted that it is no longer safe to go near them.
Make a study on how deforestation and/ or water pollution affects the life cycle of humans and animals. It will be a bonus if you can present your findings based on specific examples. e.g. how deforestation affected the Orang Utans.
You can do this project individually or in pairs. The grade of this project will NOT be included in your SA2 results. Nevertheless, the amount of effort you put in it will demonstrate to me how diligent you are as a pupil.
Also, in line with our effort to be environmentally friendly, you are encouraged to submit your project via email.
Be creative and have fun!
Sorry for the delay in updates. Here are some of the pictures I took during the programming lessons.

As we are learning about plants now, you may want to pay closer attention to the plants you see around you daily. I took these pictures of plants around my flat a few days ago. I am sure you will find many more interesting plants around your area.

Hi guys,
School starts on Monday! Aren’t we all looking forward to it? If you are still struggling with your science project, I have decided to provide a link to Yuan Ying’s (3D) submission for your reference. Yuan Ying has kindly gave her permission for me to share her work with you. I hope her excellent work will provide you with the necessary inspiration.

Many thanks to Yuan Ying’s mommy and Yong Min’s mommy for providing these lively pictures.
While you were in the house, I was actually terrified that you guys would break something. Thankfully, there were no major catastrophe. I am sure you would agree that the owners were very kind and very brave to let us into their house.
The terrified gecko tried to hide from us.
Dear 3D,
Living in a multi-racial society, it is important that we respect the customs and beliefs of the other races. I hope you have understood the messages which Mrs Ong was trying very hard to put across to you. Looking at the wars that are going on around the world, let us not take for granted that the different races in Singapore will always co-exist harmoniously.
Congratulations to these pupils who had achieved the 10 stars award for their Math Activity Book:

Clara
Charles

Well done!
Hi guys,
I hope you had a fun week. It must be very difficult waking up so early after such a long break from school. I had difficulties adjusting too and I am glad to have the weekend to recuperate. I am sure you are all looking forward to the new week when we will have more LESSONS!!
You may recall that we touched on living things and non-living things in our Science lesson on Friday. We are going to talk more about this topic this week. We will also be starting our Math lessons soon so please remember to get your books ready.
Also the different levels in the school have been assigned to decorate our classrooms according to a theme. The theme assigned to the P3s is the United Nations. Since we are class 3D, we are to adopt the nation of Denmark for as our sub-theme. So if you have any decorations related to the country Denmark, I hope you can contribute them to the class.
Lastly, one of my ex-pupil, Abelline (3C 2006) sent me a link which I think is quite cute and funny. Hope you like it too.
See you in class!
After much deliberation, our class rules have been finalised.

A warm welcome to all the pupils in 3D.
I am very happy to be your form teacher as all of you behaved like angels today. As a result of your good behaviour, we managed to complete all the things we wanted to do. What remains is the decoration of the notice boards, planning of daily duties, setting up of the library corner and the games corner.
We will need books for the library corner and table games for the games corner. Your contributions are most welcomed. It will also take a while for the notice boards to look pretty, but I am sure it will be worth it. I hope that all of you will be proud that you are a part of 3D and make it the best class in the school.
I am unable to upload the pictures, which I had taken today, because I left my camera in school. (Everyone makes mistakes.
) I hope to do it by tomorrow. Lastly, I wish to extent my thanks to Denton and Shuyu for doing a superb job as monitor and monitress today, despite this being their first day on the job.
See you tomorrow. ![]()
