I sitting below my block when a bunch of workers gathered behind me. Soon they began digging up the earth.

Then someone rolled in a wheelbarrow of flowers and dump them on the ground.

Next, they began stuffing these bags of flowers into the ditch which they had dug.

The next day….

…we have a row of instant flowers.
